I am primarily devoted to getting out the word for my new book, Final Exits: The Illustrated Encyclopedia of How We Die. That's right, I said die, so wait before you take a step back, or click the mouse to send me off cold and lonely into cyber darkness. The book is an eye-opening, irreverent and entertaining look at the truth behind kicking the bucket. There’s hundreds of ways we check out that were new to me, and each entry in this A-Z sourcebook is kind of like a sample of fascinating munchie factoids—I bet you can’t read just one. I am also writing another book for HarperCollins (very cool people) about the same subject that I hope will be equally out of the ordinary—I’m having a good time writing it. I also like to drink green tea now and eat other life-strengthening concoctions, however, I still indulge in the occasionally cigarette. I know what you’re going to say—but paradoxes are the things that make life interesting. No?
