The Mosquito is an ultra-sonic device used to disperse teenagers. It is being challenged by the Children's Commissioner who claims that the high-pitched sound causes discomfort and so infringes upon the human rights of young people. What do you think?

1. Mosquito? What Mosquito? I have never even heard of it!
2. It is shocking that they are infringing on our human rights, I feel disgusted with their actions!

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) has increased to; £3.40 per hour for all workers under the age of 18, who are no longer of compulsory school age; £4.60 per hour for workers aged 18-21 inclusive and £5.52 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older. What do you think of it?

1. The new NMW is fair for everyone.
2. I think young people that work should get the same as older people that do the same job.
3. There shouldn't be a NMW, it should be up to the employers what they want to pay their employees
4. If young people get paid less, they might work longer to make up for it.
5. It doesn't matter, I know people who will get paid less because of they don't use a NI numbe

Is the new smoking age a good idea?

1. Yes, by making it 18, younger people will find it hard getting hold of Cigarettes
2. Don't think so, some people have always got cigarettes from older adults they know anyway
3. No, it is a waste of time and resources for the police to monitor it
4. It doesn't matter, the drinking age is 18 and lots of people under 18 drink all the time
5. No, more education is needed for young people to know the consequences of smoking from a young age
