Alba Gu Bragh - Scotland forever in Scots Gaelic, should we really mean this, we need to win Scotland for Jesus Christ. Early in the 21st century it was estimated that between 1-3% of Scotland was a born again believer. 97% is quite a big target audience. Go - make a difference.
This is a group dedicated to the one and true LORD, Jesus Christ, the son of God. Please feel free to join if you wish to discuss Christian matters (or even if you wish to network with other Christians)
The idea of this group is that regardless of whether you are "just looking" or a born again believer of xx years, this is a place where we can all come and worship Jesus.
Although the group says Scottish Christians, if is not exclusive to Christians who were born in Scotland or live there, it is for anyone who loves Jesus Christ.
Please refrain from obscenities as they will result in expulsion for the group and all comments are moderated as there has been a rise in silly one's.

"We now have 50 members using our interactive message board, address at the top of this page!" (4 week ago) me too!
I would like to dedicate this note to Chelsea’s father and my boss, Steve McDonald, Steve is currently in hospital at the moment, he went in for a cat scan because we thought he had congestive heart failure, turns out that is not the case and they are currently doing more tests. The worse case scenario would be cancer.
What I would ask is that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this troubling time.
Today is St George's day, the national (if largely uncelebrated) day of our jolly good neighbours, the English. It is also the anniversary of the deaths of some of England's most famous literary sons. In 1616, William Shakespeare died; in 1850, William Wordsworth died and in 1915, Rupert Brooke died.

R.O.C.K. Nightclub Outreach is an outreach based in Dundee Scotland, we are a reg Charity and work three nights a week in clubland Dundee.
On a Wed, Fri, and Sat, night we go out and chat to people who attend the clubs as well as chattin to tthe club workers, bouncers, barstaff and DJs about Jesus.
The reason for writing is to ask for prayer. we have a big summer outreach planned and need more team members. So could you pray that God will raise up people to come and work with us.
As well as our normal outreach in Dundee we hope to attend the Edinburgh festival and also start work in Stirling.

The prophesy "War of the Angels" book is now being made into a film by Amadeus Pictures
filming begins in Spring, prior to th emaking of the fim, the author was put through a rigorous lie detector test which he passed of course.
Twenty five years ago when the book was first printed he wrote that Juan Carlos was most likley the antichrist, now in the present day we day that prophesy coming true, as he is the "leader of the 11th nation to join the revived roman empire" (the EU), who according to the Bible will be the antichrist, The bible also says that the antichrist will come as a man in peace, and that he will make a 7 year truce with Israel, Juan carlos has been very active behind the scenes as far as the Palistinian / Israeli conflict goes so far that he won the Mercury prize in Germany last year for creating a perfect blue print for a peace plan for Israel / Palistine.
Other prophesies coming true include the chipping of people, with microchips, already many people in the world have recieved actual microchips in their bodies and more recently a card is being developed much like a credit card with a barcode that will hold all your details such as passport and drivers licence.

HI there, im new to this site so this is my first post, so first off happy new year to one and all.
Ive been having some thoughts over the last wee while about Christians (myself included) and the way we interact in the world around us and then this passage of Scripture popped up.
1Ti 2:8 Therefore, I desire that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
1Ti 2:9 In the same way also, I desire that women adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and sensibleness, not adorned with braiding, or gold, or pearls, or costly clothing,
1Ti 2:10 but with good works, which becomes women professing godliness.
Now ladies im not digging at you cause us guys are just as bad when it comes to fashion but i would ask that you all think about this passage and post a reply. But please no replies of oh it doesnt matter in our day and age, otherwise you have to get your scissors out and cut it out the Bible as all Scristure is relevant.
Anyway, just wanted to know what people's opinions were on this piece of Scripture.

the fish is just a symbol of Christianity, much like the cross/cruxifix are. Some would say that the early Christians use of it as a secret symbol came from the fact that the disciples were fishermen and there are lots of miracles Jesus did involving fish, water, etc but then that's just an assumption but it comes from the early Christians who used it as a secret symbol of their faith because of fear of persecution!

genuine question; what does the fish in the picture symbolise?

well the biggest problem in Scotland is the God-lessness and as a result of this we have immorality, drink/drug abuse, lots of abortion and high suicide rates!
Scotland was once such a great nation for God if we think of the likes of John Knox but alas no more, Scotland is a beautiful country, I think the most beautiful in the world (maybe I'm biased ) but the people bring it to shame I have to say!

Hey its goin great numbers are contuning to go up and up! really getting some great feed back about 'radiate' you should all tune in tonight at 6pm till 9pm!
Since 1967 there have been almost 7 million abortions, now 200,000 a year, with one in four pregnancies ending in abortion. The 1967 Abortion Act is open to amendment during the passage of the current HFE Bill, so there is now a genuine opportunity to reduce abortion numbers. We must be alert as well to the agenda of the pro-choice activists, abortion providers and some MPs who will push for further liberalisation of the law.
if you are living in the UK can you please sign this petition

Was excited when I saw this site. My great grandfather was born in Scottland. My last name before I was married was Campbell. I have always been interested in Scottland and in the Scottish people. I was even more excited that this was a Christian site! I listen to sermons from the great Duncan Campbell!
Just to let you all know that the main Scottish Christians Message Board can be viewed in guest format for the whole month of March. We decided to give you guys a taster of what the message board was like in case you wanted to sign up.
Anyways instead of having to log in to see the topics we are now allowing you the chance to see them in guest mode
