I'm Ruth, 27, actor and presenter, and full-time mum of 'Body Gossip'.

'Body Gossip' is a call to arms for everyone in the UK who has something to say about their body.

I know I'm not alone when I say I'm fed up with the negative beauty ideals we are faced with every day. It seems that there's one form of acceptable 'beauty', and if you don't meet those sky-high standards, you lose. Well I don't agree with that. I know that every one of us is gorgeous, because we're unique. And I know that we'd all probably like to have our say about our own, individual beauty, and celebrate those bits that we love, and have a good old moan about the bits we don't!

Me? I like my eyes and my smile, and I really don't like my feet.

	Just Shearsy See about the body gossip? I entered over the website a while ago But I'm not sure if you got it. I tried sending it by email and you said you couldn't receive it. 	Kirsty I Hello Ruth We met at the Vitality Show! I think what you are doing is an inspiration to yourself and also others. it will help people feel confident about their looks. I always worry about the way I look and what other people will think of me but I think beauty is in the inner heart.'Soul'. that was me before i had treatment and i wsnt happy at all this is why i am hoping i do get my letter thro for fact that i know how it is to wanting to be perfect .. well my acne has gone now soo everyone says but i can still see it on my face its bassically scared me emoitionally more then phys...
